On Saturday, May 17, 2025, prior to the GeoGuessr APAC MAJORS, a community meetup was held where participants and influencers gathered. The following day, Sunday, May 18, the main tournament took place at RED° TOKYO TOWER. Top players from the APAC region competed against each other.

FUTAROKU ran a sales booth at the venue and was responsible for manufacturing and selling official tournament merchandise as well as original items for the Japanese GeoGuessr community.
